Hello, my name is Lizzie and I am a Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.
I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) which is an American School.
I partner with clients who are seeking self-directed and lasting changes that promote health and wellness through nutrition and lifestyle adaptations. I practice a holistic approach, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected and affected by Stress, Hormones, Career, Relationships, Sleep and Exercise. These aspects are just as important to your health as the food you eat.
